These items have been priced for immediate liquidation!! Any items purchased will need to be carried out by the buyer. If purchasing a heavy item please have someone with you to help carry it out. COVID- 19- EOA New Normal
Thank you for taking a moment to learn of our new guidelines for our on-site estate sales. As a result of the recent COVID- 19 pandemic EOA has been made aware of many close families and friends who have been infected and negatively impacted by this virus Worldwide. After much thought and consideration, we have elected to take the necessary steps to help protect our clients, customers and staff. Due to these unprecedented times, we will be changing our process and implementing some new requirements. At EOA, we are not Doctors, Scientists nor Politicians. We are simply a family business trying to help others in their time of need. Our hope is that we all can move forward and appreciate the time we have with our family and friends. We sincerely understand and appreciate that this new normal is inconvenient and definitely not what we are used to in our sales. However, EOA feels we must do our part to help protect all parties involved. Our hope is we can all agree to the new guidelines and enjoy each others company again as we Host Another Cheerful and Friendly Estate Sale!! Sign in sheets will be made available the morning of the sale
We may limit the amount of shoppers at one time in the house
Time slots may be given- Shoppers can leave or wait in their vehicles returning 5 mins. before their scheduled time of entry
Masks are required to enter the sale- Please bring your own mask. EOA will not be providing any masks
Gloves- Preferred but not required
Checkout- Please maintain 6' between others
Chipped Cards preferred- We accept most forms of Credit/Debit
Large and Bulky Items- Must be scheduled for pick at the conclusion of the sale
All sales are final. The guidelines are subject to change without notice. Estate of Affairs reserves the right to refuse service.
We work closely with client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale.
